We have raised over $54,000 for Bay City's homeless since 2011, together we are making a difference!
The Amazing Race for Rescue presented by HELPeople Inc., is a fun exciting road rally that will raise awareness and funds for the Good Samaritan Rescue Mission. Teams of four will experience the thrill of deciphering clues and completing tasks as they make their way though Bay City, discovering what great services and products our charitable businesses offer our community. The event will end with the Finish Line Festivities, celebrating those businesses and teams who worked together to help the homeless right here in Bay County. We will eat, award prizes, and have a silent auction.

This event benefits the Good Samaritan Rescue Mission which provides a place of hope and care for men, women, and children. All guests receive three meals a day, a warm bed, a safe environment, free laundry facilities, clothing, hygiene products, and staff advocacy to assist in solving their homelessness. The goal of Mission staff is to demonstrate Christian care by providing a hand up out of trouble, not a hand out.
